CSUN Day was a success. Thank you Serve It Up Tennis Players and Parents for coming out and supporting the CSUN Women's Team on Senior Day. The Matadors prevailed with a dominating 7-0 sweep of Hawaii. Good luck in the Big West Conference Tournament!!!

Congratulations to Ian Layton on being selected by USTA SoCal to participate in the USTA L4 Intersectionals Showdown being held at Cal State Fullerton. He will be playing line 1 this weekend, the last tournament of the summer before he heads off to Marist College where he will be playing Divison I.

Congratulations to Ian Layton on signing to play for Division I Marist College in New York this fall. Ian joined Serve It Up Tennis in the Fall 2015 and is currently assisting our summer camp while currently training with Director of Tennis Jack Tulatammagul who he has privately trained him since he was 12. He is also a recent graduate of Weil Tennis Academy where he spent the last 2 years training with Antoine Richards.
He recently posted some of his best results of his junior career.
-QF in Men's Open Doubles in the Pomona-Pitzer ITA.
-3 set lost in the Round of 16 of Boys' 18 Junior Sectionals to eventual Champion and Boise State commit Michael Seversen.
-Upset 3 set win over College Junior John Rado who played No.4 Singles for Divison I Furman University in the Pro Series Qualifying

Late post. Third time is the charm. After the third, three way tie for second place. Ayah Vilien finally breaks through to medal. Girls' 14 Singles 2nd Place at USTA Junior National L7 at Braemar Country Club.
