Hey Matadors, all are welcome to embark on a healing journey at our Racial Healing Retreat. 🤗

The retreat will feature a keynote session addressing skills for incorporating trauma-informed wellness and decolonial healing practices. Recharge and reflect through a yoga session, body-centric meditations and a sound bath experience. 🧘

Enjoy food and beverages, with a menu inspired by the “decolonize your breakfast” 🍳 movement that honors ancestral foods and culturally rooted nourishment. You can even enter our drawing for a chance to take home some wellness items and giveaways. 😲
