After the past few weeks, stepping back into the studio has felt heavy and raw. But these amazing women have shown up with so much support, encouragement, and care — and being around them has helped me find my way back to teaching again.

Grateful for their presence, their energy, and the way we move, learn, and grow together. Every class reminds me that connection and movement can be healing, even in the hardest seasons.
