💚🤍 What a great day to be a Viking! 💚🤍

Today, our kindergarten through fourth-grade students kicked off the school year with our Back-to-School Pep Rally!

Students had a great time learning about the Four Pillars of the Viking Vow:

💚 Be Respectful
🤍 Be Responsible
💚 Be Safe
🤍 Be United

We also learned and practiced our Viking Vow chant and introduced our FVES Student Ambassadors, who did an awesome job leading the Viking Vow for our students!

We are excited for a great year of Excellence in Academics and Character!

We had a great first day! Beginning tomorrow, all children who are not bus riders need to be dropped off in the car line. Please do not park in the parking lot and walk students to the front door. This is a safety and supervision issue for us. Please come through our car line! Dismissal will work the same way. Please come through the car line. Do not park and get out. We appreciate your help with this! If you have items you need to drop off, please wait until after 8:00 a.m.

Our FVES Spirit Store will be open during our teacher meet and greet in the cafeteria if you would like to stop by and order a shirt. Please bring cash or check.

FVES Parents and Families! You should have received a message from your child’s teacher! We are all excited to welcome you to our Meet and Greet this Sunday, August 9th! PreK will be 3:00-4:00 and all other grade levels will be 4:00-5:30! If you did not receive a message, come anyway! We will get you where you need to be!
