What is The Green Mind? The Green Mind is a Cooperative Society offering assistance in the Cannabis Industry and Community. Customers, Cultivate, Vendor.

The Green Mind shall offer a marketplace for the cannabis industry. This marketplace shall cater to three (3) categories of clients. Customers are single individuals that use the cooperative for its products and services. Customers are able to become members by maintaining a Cooperative membership starting at $35.00 a month. This gains access to the referral program that can provide discounts on s

ervices and products. The Customer Referral Program – For each new member that joins The Green Mind as a referral, grants the referrer 5% discount on products and services for one (1) month. Cumulative referrals are accepted. The Customer Referral Program is only open to Customers; Cultivation/Farm and Retail/Vendors not eligible. Customers can become involved further into The Green Mind by increasing membership status within the cooperative.
• Customer Access - $25 monthly. Gains access to products and services of The Green Mind.
• Basic Membership - $35 monthly. Includes The Referral Program
• Charter Membership - $100 monthly. Voting member privileges also included. Board of Directors position available. The second category of client is the Cultivate. This refers to all those in the production of cannabis and cannabis products. The cultivate gains access to The Referral Program as well. The Cultivate Referral Program – For each new member that joins The Green Mind earns the referrer $5.00. The Cultivate Referral Program is closed to Customers and Retail/Vendors. Cultivate can become involved further into The Green Mind by increasing membership status within the cooperative.
• Culltivate Access - $50 monthly. Gains access to products and services of The Green Mind.
• Basic Membership - $150 monthly. Includes The Referral Program. Voting member privileges also included.
• Charter Membership - $200 monthly. The third category of client is the Vendor. This refers to those involved in the retail sale of Cannabis products and services to the Cannabis community. There is not a Referral program currently for the vendor level of service. This is due to the unique positioning that vendors experience by becoming members of The Green Mind.
• Vendor / Cultivate proprietary Contracts – By becoming a member of The Green Mind, vendors gain access to The Archive. The Archive contains Cultivate member information of those that are looking for relationships within the Vendor market. o All negotiations created between members of The Green Mind are subject to a 5% assistance fee. Payable towards the upkeep of The Green Mind. Vendor can become involved further into The Green Mind by increasing membership status within the cooperative.
• Vendor Access - $125 monthly. Gains access to products and services of The Green Mind.
• Basic Membership - $250 monthly. Voting member privileges also included.
• Charter Membership - $425 monthly. o Vendor must submit into writing whom is to represent the Vendor if elected to the Board of Directors.
