Stukey Families-

This week we have two events on Friday, May 15th.

K-5 Field Day: For Field Day, all grade level families are invited to join us from 8:15-10:30 am on the playground/field. All scholars will enjoy a morning full of fun games, and activities. Parents and guardians are welcome to come cheer on their scholars. Parents/guardians do NOT need to come into the office to check in as there will be staff in the back gazebo checking in families. Please bring a form of ID.

Primary Assembly (grades 1-2 @ 12:45)/Intermediate Assembly @1:45 (grades 3rd and 4th) : Second semester award assemblies will also be on Friday, May 15th. If you received an invite to the assemblies on Friday, you are welcome to stop by the office during the week to be Raptored into the system. This will help create a shorter line and a faster entry into the building. If you have any questions please call Yesenia Sanchez, registrar at 720-972-5422.

Field Day is coming!

Stukey's Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 1 (weather dependent).

Grades 3-5 will have field day from 8:30 until 10:30 in the morning

Grades K-2 will have field day from 1:10 until 2:30 in the afternoon.

Parents are welcome to attend. We ask that before you meet your student's class on the field you visit our sign in table which will be under the gazebo near the playground. Please bring an ID to show.

Important: 2026 CMAS Testing Schedule & Information- Starts tomorrow- Tuesday, April 7, 2026

The Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) are end-of-year tests that help students and parents understand if students are on track to meet the expectations of college and careers. Score reports show how students are doing compared to the school, district and state.

To support your child and minimize missed instruction from makeup testing:
*Ensure your child arrives at school on time.
*Avoid scheduling appointments or vacations on your child’s designated testing days.
*Pump them up for the day! Tell them to “Rock the test and show what they know!”

Electronic Device Policy
All personal electronic devices are strictly prohibited in testing rooms. To maintain standardized test environments and the validity of these tests, students are asked to turn off and turn in their devices (phones, smart watches, etc.) before each session begins.

The Role of State Assessments
Results help schools know how to improve learning and the community can see how well schools are serving students. Stukey is currently in the highest standing of PERFORMANCE and we want to ensure we can achieve high percentages in growth and achievement!
