St. Olaf College Education Minnesota Student Program - EMSP St. Olaf College Education Minnesota Student Program is a preprofessional organization for St. Olaf students planning to be teachers. Olaf College chapter).

ALL licensure candidates completing field experiences or student teaching with the Education Department MUST join EMSP; students in ED 290 and ED 246 who are not licensure candidates are strongly recommended to join. This professional organization provides liability insurance as well as professional resources for student teachers and new teachers. This is an annual fee, to be renewed each academic

year. Dues are $30 ($15 for NEA, $10 for Education Minnesota, and $5 for the local St. The online student applications are available at www.educationminnesota.org.
