Hello St. Barnabas class of 86! I can't seem to find how to make a post on this page. . . this summer will be our 40th reunion of being together at St B! Tim and I were just together - and wanted to plan a get together for our 40th this summer! Please comment if interested - and those out of state we hope you can make it back to Ohio!! Hello, I’m planning on visiting Northfield for a few days in June and wanted to reach out to our classmates and see if anyone is interested in gathering on Saturday June 24th, I already reserved the pavilion at St B’s down by the field, was planning on having some friends play some music and bring a grill. I didn’t plan a huge crowd but would be great to see all, I miss everyone and rarely get a chance to make it to reunions… if anyone is interested reach out for more details.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting this cutie patootie, Devin. Diagnosed in 2017, Devin is battling Rhabdomyosarcoma. By age 9, he’s undergone 3 emergency spinal surgeries, 54 weeks of chemo, 28 days of radiation, 6 months of maintenance chemo and countless days in the hospital.

He went into remission for 4 short months. Within a month of relapsing this rapidly spreading monster inside his body had gone from a tumor in his right foot to Stage 4 Rhabdo.

This week his doctors started him on a new chemo regimen. The plan is to start radiation in December on his spine, shoulder, hip and right foot for quality of life pain management.

Devin’s 1st choice wish is to meet Dwayne Johnson aka “The Rock”. He’s watched all of his movies and loves him. If that is not able to happen, he would like a shopping spree to get a new controller, TV, XBox games and a massage gaming chair.

Devin’s favorite colors are blue, red, yellow and green. He loves construction trucks and semi trucks. He and his sister jam out to DJ Marshmellow’s music and he’s a big fan of Futuristic Storm troopers (with the blue laser guns), Kylo Ren, Chewbacca and Marvel superheroes. He also loves watching the Beautiful O. B., Spy Cakes and Camodo on YouTube.
