I will always care about the technique—the coordination, placement, airflow and every small adjustment that creates a healthier, stronger sound.
But students don’t make transformations like this through technique alone. They also need to feel safe enough to make an imperfect sound. To laugh when something feels strange. And to trust the process long enough for the new coordination to become theirs.
✨Technique gave her the tools.
✨Confidence gave her permission to use them.
But this transformation was all her. She just needed a little help seeing what she was capable of.
I absolutely loved working with her. Her natural ability to hear and feel the music is on a completely different level—and this transformation? Major. 🤍
Congratulations on winning Talent! But I think discovering what your voice is truly capable of may have been the biggest prize of all.

At just 10 years old... and only her second lesson 🔥
One of the biggest challenges for young singers is finding a brighter, more projected sound without pushing or straining.
In this lesson, we used playful vocal cues like:
👶 “Wah-wah!”
🚕 “Hey, TAXI!”
These aren’t random games—they’re purposeful tools that help some singers find healthier vocal placement and resonance.
✔️ There is no one-size-fits-all exercise.
✔️What works for one student may do absolutely nothing for another.
✔️Technique should always be tailored to the individual singer.

One of my favorite moments to witness. 🤍
You can actually see the exact second a performer stops worrying about getting it right and starts trusting themselves.
That’s when the personality comes out.
That’s when the story comes alive.
That’s when performing becomes joyful.
Performing freely isn’t about having the biggest voice.
It’s about having the confidence to let people see you.
As she grows, her voice will continue to develop. But moments like this are what excite me most. Because when strong technique is built alongside genuine confidence, something really special happens.
Technique gives you the foundation.
Confidence gives you the freedom.
And when those two come together...

In just 3½ days, these campers learned a full script, songs, choreography, character development, and what it means to support one another on and off the stage. ✨
This year’s motto was: “Embrace the corny, and it won’t be so corny.” 🤍
The magic happens when you step outside your comfort zone, take risks, cheer each other on, and discover what you’re capable of. We couldn’t be prouder of these performers. 🎭🎶

Twenty-eight camps. Eight summers. Countless memories. ❤️
This week marked the end of a chapter that has meant so much to me.
When I started these camps eight years ago, I never imagined the impact they would have—not just on our students, but on me. What began as a place for young performers to sing, create, and build confidence became something so much bigger: a family, a tradition, and a space where friendships and dreams were formed.
Through schedule changes, growing pains, and even a global pandemic, we kept going. Somehow, even during COVID, we found a way to have camp because creating, connecting, and giving these kids a place to belong always mattered that much.
The hardest part of stepping away, even for a while, is knowing how much I love these weeks. But as one of the teachers I trained moves on to her next adventure, I’ve realized that sometimes growth means making room for new goals. Right now, I need to pour more energy into my students, my studio, and the next chapter of my own career.
✨To the incredible staff who once walked through these doors as campers and are now standing beside me as teachers: thank you. Watching you grow from students into mentors has been one of the greatest gifts of my career. You are proof that these camps became so much more than summer programs.
✨To every camper, parent, and family who trusted us over the last eight years—thank you for making these 28 camps unforgettable. Some of my proudest moments weren’t on a stage; they happened right here, watching young performers find their confidence, their friendships, and their voices.
✨This isn’t goodbye. It’s simply closing one beautiful chapter and making space for whatever comes next. Evolving 🙌
