Northfield's yearbook has been called the Norhian since 1948. The name comes from the initial letters in the our school name and the type of book it is - an annual, or yearbook. Many high schools used this format to name their yearbooks. Prior to this year, it was called "The Orange and Black" and started in 1914, although the first graduating year from NHS was in 1877. In 1927, a special 50th NHS anniversary yearbook was issued.
