My name is Rick Warren and I have been teaching music for 30+ years. I'm on the North Shore and travel to you! Rick's youngest drummer was four years old!

Drums are my passion, but I also teach guitar and piano (beginners only) - all levels from beginners to professionals! With 30 years of teaching experience, Rick Warren brings a wealth of knowledge to his students. Rick has been an instructor at the Music Institute (PIT) and Los Angeles Music Academy, and has taught privately throughout the U.S. He has performed at such venues as CBGB's, the Grand

Ole Opry, and all throughout LA, New York, Nashville, Dallas, Fort Worth and Chicago. Rich has a music degree in Jazz/Performance from North Texas State University. He also studied at Indiana University (Classical Percussion), and studied Tabla drums, African drums, Gamelan, mallet instruments, and Latin rhythms. From brushes to double bass, Rick is extremely versatile and can help any drummer, at any level, expand his or her musical horizons. His passion for music and true love of teaching are evident the moment you meet him! He's also taught adults in their 70's and 80's! You're never too old to enjoy playing a musical instrument.
