Used Principle #32 THE GRAND MASTER PRINCIPLE: Using the 32 Principles to continuously improve our Jiu-Jitsu! We explored takedowns, escapes, sweeps and subs. Trained with my boy from Arkansas last couple days here in Denver: Josh Clemmer Head Instructor at Fort Smith CTC. Ran through all GU curriculum for self-defense! Josh has always been first class in many aspects and roles but most of all he is a good husband, father, and friend! Yes he launched me airborne several times on throws like I weighed 100lbs 🤣

Congrats to our teens Roman and Aspen that put it on the line today and represented at the Tap Out Cancer Tournament. These teens have been working super hard and we are very proud of them win or lose! 👊

At 76 years young he is a big inspiration not just because of his age but he is a technical savage on the mat, spars rounds with all of us and is a great human being!
