Guitar players should know what their barred intervals are from every string!
If you want to be the best you can be,memorize these interval shapes!
So many things on Guitar are based on reference points… These are perfect reference points

The fret with the position markers on them in these fret board diagrams is the 12th fret that’s why it says E and A etc. but of course, these intervals apply everywhere on the fretboard, but I had to pick a place and give it relevance by giving it note names that you could relate to

Q: Why is it important and beneficial to know these and memorize them?

A: if you know which part of the chord each note is, it’s easier to manipulate it at will. Maybe you want to add a major ninth to a chord or maybe you want to flat or sharp the fifth or maybe you want to make a major chord a minor chord… When you know your intervals, you’re in control.

Who was cooler than ? I have another never heard by anyone interview with Mr. Diamond from 1984, dropping this week. In the interview, you will hear MC Roth do a freestyle rap. (Not kidding and not AI.) 📸 by Michael Ochs.

I’m sorry this looks kinda hideous

Here’s a strumming pattern that is actually quite simple but a lot of people don’t understand it or know how to do it… It’s pretty important to know this one.

Ironically, this is a strum we use for slower tempo songs like “ Like a Rolling Stone”, hey Jude, or let it be for example

Hit me up for more information on how you can become a better guitar player through me, and if the guy who’s trying to get you to take lessons has not studied with me don’t waste your time with him!
