Seeds of Grace- formerly Open Arms Northbrook, is a Christian Child Development Center and Preschool in Northbrook, IL, is a not-for-profit ministry of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church which is dedicated to providing a childcare program of the highest quality designed to meet the needs of today's parents. At Seeds of Grace, each child is guided to develop to his/her potential in every aspect of life within the sheltering and nurturing relationships of Christian love. We operate our Center assuming each child is an individual and must be allowed to grow and learn at his/her own rate in order to develop a healthy self-image. It is the goal of Seeds of Grace Christian Child Development Center to help each child grow spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially, and intellectually in their own unique way. The Seeds of Grace programs of Early Childhood Education includes daily teaching activities, storytelling and books, math, science, music and movement, indoor and outdoor play, Jesus time, as well as, weekly chapel opportunities that are offered in an informational, home-like environment. Your child will be guided to start taking part in small and large group activities throughout a typical classroom day. This combination of experiences will broaden your child's aptitude for future schoolwork, while allowing freedom for imagination and creativity.

Thank you to all of our families and friends who came out tonight, and throughout the week, to support our 10th Annual Art Fair and Basket Raffle to benefit our Seeds of Grace programs and playground renovation project!

We are blessed by your generosity and support, including several of our Northbrook community small businesses that donate raffle items and gift cards for event. We are truly thankful and blessed!

Thank you to Mr. O’Halloran for sharing some fun facts about Ireland with us and showed us how to do Irish Dancing the proper way!

What better way to end our week but having the Kona Ice Truck visit us for our Flamingo Friday celebrations!

Day #3 of our Emerald Isle VBS week and congratulations to our Preschool 5 friend who discovered the hidden pot of gold and leprechaun on Still Water Farm! He got to wear his Luck Finder Award Badge for the rest of the week and all of his VBS friends will get lucky coins in their VBS surprise bags on Friday! Way to go!
