This is the time of year to nurture the inner self.
What would bring you peace and grounding right now?
Can you think of a time you felt safe to unfurl and be supported by something greater- and just receive? Receive rest, love, support?

From May 19th-24th, we attended the Worldwide Biography Conference in Cuenca, Spain with approximately 200 others from 35 countries around the world. Surrounded by an ancient land, she held us and nature in her holy secrets, guiding us in the mysteries unfolding through our work. We became one family, celebrating with sacred joy, the field of biographical work and its continuing development.
The theme of the conference was TOWARDS?, asking where humanity is headed, what are the questions that individuals need to answer for themselves-and what can Biography Work offer?
It was a truly moving and humbling experience to be with so many who have this heart intention stirring inside them to bring the world what it desires now - peace, especially within ourselves. We worked together, we worked alone, learning more about who we are becoming and what we can bring to others to make a difference. There were guest speakers in the morning, group workshops in the afternoon for research, practice and reflection from conversations around how this path works in our daily lives to how biography work can be used in healing conflicts for which this world does not readily have answers.
Delightful and deep conversation flowed, new lessons and ideas imparted, laughter and joy were heard, new friendships created, old friendships renewed.
Throughout this journey uniting from all parts of the world, we connected through the Spirit of Biography knowing we had all refreshed and renewed, within our deepest self, commitment to this path.

With the Sun in Aries, the question of “Who am I becoming?” meets the will to take action. Recall a moment when you chose to act on something that felt true for you—even if it required risk or uncertainty. What did that step reveal?

Believe in a love
that is being stored up for you
like an inheritance,
and have faith that in this love
there is a strength and a blessing
so large that you can travel
as far as you wish
without having to step outside it.
― Rainer Maria Rilke
