When Teresaâs son Logan was diagnosed with profound hearing loss at just one month old, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, she describes feeling incredibly isolated. Then they found Clarke, and with it, a community of professionals and families that understood.
Today, Logan is thriving, fully verbal, endlessly curious, and proudly talking about his cochlear implants. Now, Teresa gives back as Chairperson of Cocktails with Clarke New York, helping support other families navigating hearing loss.

Big futures begin with the smallest moments đ
This Week of the Young Child, weâre celebrating the power of early connectionâthose first sounds, shared smiles, and moments of discovery that shape a childâs world.
Clarkeâs Birth to Age Three Program supports children who are deaf or hard of hearing during these critical early years, partnering with families to build listening and spoken language skills from the very beginning.
Because when we start early, we open the door to a lifetime of communication, confidence, and connection.

Every step tells a story. Meet Jaxson đ
When Jaxson was diagnosed with moderate-severe hearing loss at birth, his family was filled with questions about communication, connection, and what his future might hold.
There was a time when words didnât come easily. When his parents could only hope for the day theyâd hear about his day in his own voice.
Then came Clarke. That transformation didnât just change Jaxsonâs life; it changed everything for his family.
Now, Jaxsonâs Crew is walking to give back, leading as one of the top teams in Clarke's Listening Walk at the Zoo.

When Jaimie Lyons was a baby, her parents learned she had profound hearing loss, and like so many families, they were left wondering what the future might hold.
Today, that answer is clear.
With a foundation built at Clarke, where she learned to listen, talk, and advocate for herself, Jaimie is now just weeks away from earning her masterâs degree in athletic training, becoming the first in her immediate family to reach this milestone.
Now, sheâs building a career helping athletes thrive.
Join us at Cocktails with Clarke Massachusetts, as we honor Jaimie and celebrate stories that show families whatâs possible.
