This is something I’ve never had to do before and it is very unfortunate. A Child’s Life will be operating on a very limited basis tomorrow. Too many teachers have called out and we cannot operate on our usual schedule. I regret so much having to post this however the center cannot be ran with only a few people. I can talk with each of you individually who are concerned about compensation for the day. Again, I’m so sorry.

Are you wanting to work with children? There is nothing more rewarding! Our summer assistant teachers are going back to school. We are hiring both full-time and part-time teacher assistants and a cook. Full-time is 32 to 40 hours per week, part- time is normally 20 hours per week, and the cook position is from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You must pass a drug test, tuberculous screening, have a simple medical report completed, and pass a background check. Other requirements are open for discussion based on the position.

All parents, A Child’s Life is without power due to the storm. Per state regulations all children must be picked up within 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.

A Child's Life is looking to hire a 3-year-old lead teacher. We offer up to 12 vacation days per year along with paid holidays. You must be able to pass a background check, random drug testing, tuberculous test, and have a medical professional complete a short evaluation. You must be 18 years old or older and have experience or education in childcare.

We are also looking for part-time and full-time assistants. Must complete all requirements listed above with one exception, we will offer on the job training for teacher assistants.

If you don't enjoy working with children, please do not apply.
