What a great night. The Sun had officially set in Boston. It was three great years watching them play and our group outings. Here’s hoping a team returns to the Boston area in the future of WNBA! Thank you to all our amazing families who joined in the dancing, the wave, and cheering on the Suns to their last victory in Boston.

Welcome to the WGB Off-Season!
(Well… at least for the players! Behind the scenes, we're already hard at work preparing for another exciting year of Weymouth Girls Basketball.)

As we gear up for our Fall programming and travel tryout season, we have several great opportunities for players to develop their skills, stay active, and get ready for the winter season!

🏀 Get Ready for Tryouts Clinic with Coach Crawford
Sunday, September 13
📍 Location: TBD
💲 $25 (Includes a clinic T-shirt!)
Grades 3–5: 6:00–7:00 PM
Grades 6–8: 7:00–8:00 PM
A great opportunity to sharpen your skills, build confidence, and prepare for travel basketball tryouts.

⭐ Fall Fun Friday
Our popular Fun Friday program introduces young athletes to the game on modified-height hoops in a fun, encouraging environment.

🏆 Travel Basketball Tryouts
Travel Basketball is open to girls in Grades 3–8 who are looking for a higher level of competition and player development.
🗓 Practices: November 1 – March 13
🏀 Games: Saturdays & Sundays beginning December 5 through March 15 (playoff schedule dependent)
💲 Registration: $375
One team practice each week
One grade-level skills practice each week
Competitive league games throughout the winter season
