Neil Likens for Wawasee School Board

First of all, I want to say that all of the candidates did an incredible job running for these positions. I am honored and looking forward to working with this team and community.

Thank you to all who voted for me and to my family and friends for all of there support!

My journey for school board began in August of 2021 after a conversation with a well-known gentlemen to Wawasee School Corporation. I don't believe in coincidence, God crossed our paths that day at the perfect timing. That gentleman was David Stookey. My wife and I knew at that moment, that if I wanted to help make an impact, I needed to step up. After his passing in June of this year, and many conversations, I decided to pursue this next chapter.

There is work to be done but I am anxious to start and will follow through with any commitments I have made!

These FFA students qualified for the FFA State Soils Contest taking place tomorrow and Saturday! Special congratulations to Jared Beer who placed 1st in the FFA Division.

Lots to celebrate this week!!

What a fun filled, busy, and successful weekend! In addition to the band making it back to the state competition, we also had 4 Cross Country student athletes advance to regionals! Congratulations to Abby Speicher, Mia Hodgson, Cade Beer and Hunter Allen!
Also, congratulations to Mrs. Roberts who received the Award of Merit for IACTE at the Indiana Association of Career and Techincal Educators Conference this past week!
