🦋 What an exciting day in first grade! Our students have been learning all about the life cycle of monarch butterflies while watching caterpillars grow and change right in our classrooms. Today, one of our monarchs finally hatched—and we had the special opportunity to release it into the world! 🌿🦋 What a wonderful hands-on learning experience our first graders will remember!

Today, we pause as a school family to remember September 11, 2001, and the lives forever changed that day. This tribute was created as a reminder to remember, honor, and never forget the innocent lives lost, the heroes who stepped forward, and the countless acts of courage, kindness, and sacrifice that followed. May we continue to teach our students the importance of remembering history, honoring those who served and sacrificed, and choosing kindness and compassion in the world around us.
