A consultation isn’t just a quick conversation, it’s where trust is built. This is the time to review your client’s goals, medical history, makeup routines, expectations, and any contraindications. Going over the “yeses” and “no’s” helps ensure your client is a safe candidate, creates a clear treatment plan, and gives them confidence before you ever pick up a tool.

The consultation is what protects both the client and the artist, and it’s one of the most important steps in delivering consistent, professional results.

The final day isn’t about proving what you can copy, it’s about revealing what you can create.

Each student built a look inspired by a vision board that told their story, explained the meaning behind their artistry, and reflected on everything they’ve learned since the day they enrolled. Technique, confidence, color theory, skin prep, client communication, sanitation, professionalism, and so much more, all brought together in one final representation.

Watching them turn ideas into intentional artistry is always the best reminder that makeup isn’t just applied, it’s understood.
