ROUND 1
WHEN: Tuesday, August 25, after school
WHERE: In the High School Auxiliary Gym & Lecture Hall
SINGING AUDITIONS: Sign up for a time slot; when you are not singing, you will be in movement in the gym. Bring a YouTube link of your backing track/song accompaniment. You will state your name, the song you are singing, and the show it is from before you sing.
BE PREPARED: Wear sneakers or jazz shoes & appropriate clothing you can move in. Bring a water bottle. Read the play ahead of time… available on the Band App. We will be doing a lot of moving and taking measurements.
ROUND 2
WHEN: Wednesday, August 26, after school
WHERE: High School Lecture Hall
BE PREPARED: We will be reading sides from the show in small groups. Be familiar with the script… we want to see what you would do with the characters. We are looking for acting, not just reading.
