The Fort Worth Report shared the story of The Scuba Shop—and it’s really a story about the wonderful dive community that has grown around us. 🤿💙

Our customers have become travel companions, friends and family. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted us with their training, traveled with us and supported our local shop.

Look at all these shiny new divers! 🤿🌊 Ready to get out there and jump into the big blue ocean.

Now seems like the perfect time to offer one little nugget of advice:

Don’t let your certification card become a souvenir.

You did the work. You learned the skills. Now go dive.

The more you dive, the more comfortable you become. Your air consumption improves, your buoyancy gets better, and those skills that felt like work during class start becoming second nature.

You don’t need an exotic trip. You don’t need perfect conditions. You just need to keep getting in the water.

Because getting certified is only the beginning.

These SSI Open Water students are heading in for their final certification dive!

We’re fortunate to complete all of the required skills during the first three dives, so the final dive is all about relaxing, having fun, and enjoying everything they’ve learned.

Let’s congratulate our newest SSI (Scuba Schools International) divers! 🎉👏
