I usually don’t jump on viral fitness trends, but I couldn’t resist giving the Stability Dip Challenge a shot. 😅

​Safe to say... this was WAY harder than it looks! Keeping that bar steady requires serious core and upper-body control. It ended up being a legit workout, and I had a blast filming it.

With the beginning of football season I have a ritual I do since I got hit my the car. So now I make my step away from football positive by benching 225lbs as much as I can, go out and run the route tree then ruin my body with food and alcohol 🍸
