Introducing (Or Reintroducing) the Automotive Management Institute, AMi. AMi is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing industry-recognized professional management designations, certificates and career paths to the mechanical and collision repair segments of the automotive and HD truck industries.

This webinar will cover the benefits of earning professional accreditations through management and leadership training because learning is a key source of a sustainable competitive advantage. Since 1989, AMi has collaborated with training providers across the industry, reviewing, recognizing and awarding credit hours for quality management and leadership education both online and through in person workshops and seminars. Industry leaders like Mike Anderson, Frank Terlep and so many others have provided AMi approved workshops and seminars for decades.

Apprenticeships will also be a major focus for AMi in the months to come. Over 100,000 workshops, webinars and courses have been taken by industry professionals since AMi’s inception, providing thousands of accreditations to those individuals who have dedicated the time to earn these designations. Had the opportunity to introduce AMi to the general session of the HD Forum today in Frisco, TX. While AMi has been available to the trucking side of the industry all along, it is a relative unknown. The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) offers industry-recognized certificates and Professional Designations for both the Collision and Mechanical Repair segments.
