Speak Out-North Platte Speak Out-North Platte is a non-profit family driven organization. We serve families who have children with mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders.

We provide the following services: Peer-to-peer support, local and state resources, education, role modeling, youth groups, parent support group and navigating the school, court and System of Care.
