Some of our 7th-grade students visited the BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham in Windsor, New Jersey. Students were able to take a tour and make connections between what they observed and concepts they have been studying in their Ancient India unit.

NPHS NJROTC had the honor of presenting the colors at Pocono Raceway on Friday. A special congratulations to Cadet Chloe Rodriguez, who served as the cadet es**rt for race winner Gio Ruggiero during driver introductions. Following the race, our cadets were also invited to Victory Lane for a photo with the winner, making for an unforgettable experience!

Last week, Stony Brook hosted a free book fair, giving students the opportunity to take home books and grow their personal libraries! A special thank you to Ms. LaMarca, who organized more than 2,000 books for students to choose from. Her efforts helped put books directly into the hands of young readers and encouraged a love of reading beyond the classroom.
