Today at Sweetwater by Del Webb, I’ll be teaching:

CYBERSECURITY FOR SENIORS — WITH A TOUCH OF AI

We’re going beyond the usual “don’t click suspicious links” conversation. Seniors will learn how to:

Yes — TDM Technologies International, LLCworks on Sundays!
Today I was in Wellington, Florida, helping a senior customer get more comfortable with the technology she uses every day.
And trust me—seniors come with ALL kinds of tech questions! 😄
Today’s home visit included:
📱 Setting up and learning how to use Wallet on her smartphone
🤖 Learning how to use ChatGPT to ask everyday questions
🔐 Setting up and learning how to use 1Password
📺 Setting up Favorites on her Smart TV...again! 😂
That last one is important. Sometimes technology takes a little repetition—and that's perfectly fine. We teach at YOUR pace.

🔐 LAST CLASS OF THE WEEK — TAMPA, FLORIDA! 🤖💻
Today marked the last class of the week for TDM TECHNOLOGIES INTL LLC , and we wrapped things up at Florida Blue in Tampa, Florida, teaching our popular Cybersecurity with a Touch of AI class!
Our seasoned individuals learned how to better protect themselves in today’s digital world — from recognizing scams, phishing emails and text messages, identity theft, and other online threats to understanding how Artificial Intelligence is changing cybersecurity and making scams more sophisticated than ever.
As always, the questions and conversations were fantastic! One of the best parts of teaching these classes is taking technology that can sometimes feel intimidating and making it practical, understandable, and useful in everyday life. 📱
A huge THANK YOU to Florida Blue for continuing to support technology education for seniors and giving TDM Tech the opportunity to bring this knowledge to communities throughout Florida. 💙

🚐💨 **T-Mack the Tech Traveler was on the move Thursday!**

**Two cities. Two classes. Two important technology topics. One mission — empowering our seasoned individuals with technology!**

Thursday started in **Sarasota**, where I taught **Cybersecurity with a Touch of AI**, helping seniors better understand online safety, scams, cybersecurity, and the growing role of artificial intelligence.

Then it was back on the road to **St. Petersburg** for **Unlocking the Power of Generative AI**, where we explored how tools like ChatGPT and other AI technologies can be used in everyday life.

What stood out at BOTH classes? **The questions!** 🙋🏽‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️

The seniors were engaged, curious, and ready to learn. There was no shortage of questions, which is exactly what I love to see. Technology may be changing fast, but our seasoned individuals are determined to keep up with it.

💻 **TECH TUESDAYS ON THE ROAD!** 🚐

Tech Tuesdays are always a great time to hit the road and spread tech knowledge to seniors—or, as I like to call them, **seasoned individuals!** ❤️

📍 **Morning Stop: Bradenton, FL**
I kicked off the day at **The Salvation Army**, teaching **Smartphone Mastery** and helping our seasoned individuals become more confident using the technology they carry every day.

Two Great Classes. One Incredible Monday! 💻🤖🔐

Monday was another great day on the road for TDM Tech, with two fantastic classes on opposite sides of Florida!

📍 Bradenton, FL — Mastering Generative AI
Sponsored by Humana
We explored how seniors can use generative AI in everyday life—from asking better questions to getting practical help with tasks, ideas, and information.

📍 Delray Beach, FL — Cybersecurity with a Touch of AI
We talked about scams, phishing, online safety, and how AI is changing both the threats we face and the tools we can use to protect ourselves.

Both classes were hosted by Pam Friedman-Avalos of PR2U, and the seniors were incredibly engaged. Lots of questions, lots of conversation, and plenty of those moments where you can see the technology starting to click.

That’s what I enjoy most about teaching—when the questions start coming, you know people are learning.

🤖 AI isn’t just for the younger generation — seniors are ready for it too!
Today, TDM TECHNOLOGIES INTL LLC had the opportunity to teach Mastering Generative AI for Everyday Life at the Lake Clarke Shores Town Hall in Palm Beach County, hosted by Pamela Avalos of PR2U.
The room was packed, and the questions kept coming! We were also honored to have the Mayor join the class — not just stopping by, but actually participating and asking questions along with everyone else.
By the end of the class, several seniors approached me wanting help installing ChatGPT and Google Gemini so they could start exploring AI for themselves.
That’s what we love to see. Taking technology that may seem intimidating and making it practical, understandable, and useful in everyday life.

Another stop on the T-Mack the Tech Traveler journey! 🚐💻
Tomorrow I’ll be back at Florida Blue Clearwater teaching Cybersecurity with a Touch of AI.
I have the opportunity to visit this location—and several other Florida Blue locations—every month, helping seniors become more confident with technology, recognize scams, protect themselves online, and understand how AI is changing our everyday lives.
What started as teaching people how to use their devices has grown into something much bigger: helping communities navigate an increasingly digital and AI-powered world with confidence.

Then it’s back in the TDM Tech Van and on to the next community. 🚐
