What a fun way to kick off a brand-new preschool year! 💜

Yesterday we welcomed families into Kelli’s Little Learners for our 2026–27 Preschool Meet & Greet!

Families got a peek at our classroom, learned more about how our preschool days work, and heard about some of the things we have planned this year—from hands-on learning and one-on-one instruction to field trips, family activities, Preschool Club, Pippa, and lots of opportunities to learn through play.

Now the classroom is ready, and we’re counting down to our first day on Tuesday!

I think it’s finally time you officially meet someone… 💜🦛

Meet Pippa the Purple Hippopotamus!

You may have spotted Pippa popping up in a few of my posts lately, but I haven’t officially introduced her yet.

Pippa is the newest little member of Kelli’s Little Learners, and she’s going to be part of a lot of the fun in our preschool this year! She’ll be helping us welcome our preschoolers, encouraging them as they learn and grow, and making some special appearances along the way. 💜

And Pippa’s first big job?

Helping me welcome everyone to our Preschool Meet & Greet + Open House THIS FRIDAY, August 28th from 10:30 AM–12:30 PM!

Preschool is getting SO close! 💜📚

We’re officially counting down the days until our first day, and apparently some of our preschool friends are counting down right along with us! 🥹

One of our families sent me this adorable picture of David with his preschool countdown and told me how excited he is for preschool. It absolutely made my day!

I love seeing our little learners getting excited for another year of learning, playing, exploring, and growing together.

We still have a few openings for this fall, and there’s still time to join us!

Did you know many children benefit from starting preschool at age 3? 💜

Those extra years before kindergarten give children time to build confidence, develop friendships, learn independence, and build the skills they’ll use for years to come.

At Kelli’s Little Learners Preschool, we believe children learn best through hands-on play, meaningful experiences, and individualized support.
