This never gets old. For more than three decades I’ve been visiting schools and welcoming groups to the station, and over the years I’ve been blessed with thousands of kind notes like this one. We had the pleasure of celebrating the largest graduating class from Veritas this past Tuesday at our co-op senior day. Congrats to the class of 2025: Asher, Ruby, Ethan, Jayce, Becca, Quinn, Nolan, and Isaac.

Today we had a special guest speaker during history block. Tally Wingard, grandfather to some of our students, was a Spec 4 Engineering specialist during the Vietnam War. He brought life to the chapter we just read in Mystery of History Vol 4 about the war by sharing his personal perspective and answering the questions from our children. We are so thankful he shared!

Veritas Christian Homeschool Cooperative is a co-op located in North Myrtle Beach that seeks to serve Christ faithfully by partnering with parents in the discipling of children by fostering an understanding of a Christ-centered worldview through academic studies and extracurriculars, and by providing opportunities for Christian friendship for homeschooling parents and children.
Veritas offers a weekly co-op day for students through 12th grade, as well as fun field trips and other social outings or service work. This is a true cooperative, depending on all families to volunteer as teachers and organizers. Membership is offered through an application process, and while we are tuition-free we do ask each family to a $115 fee annually. You may email us at [email protected].
