In an attempt to get ahead of the phone calls and save customers an unnecessary trip to the store, please like and share this post to help get the information out.
We understand there are changes being discussed regarding the NFA, along with recent court rulings involving suppressors. We also understand that everyone, including us, would like to see suppressors become easier to obtain. However, we have to operate under the laws and regulations currently being enforced by the ATF not the advice of the Facebook lawyers.
Until we receive official guidance stating otherwise, we will continue following the current NFA process for suppressors and other regulated items. If and when we can verify that suppressors can legally be transferred through a standard 4473 process, we will make an announcement here immediately.
We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. We are not willing to jeopardize our business by jumping ahead of the legal process. We are extremely fortunate to have the business and support that we do, and we appreciate every customer who helps keep our doors open and the lights on.
It's also worth remembering how far this process has already come. Not long ago, customers regularly waited 8–12 months for an approval. Today, we're commonly seeing approvals in a matter of days.
Things are moving in the right direction. With a little patience, we believe suppressors will continue becoming easier and more accessible for customers.
