✈️ Congratulations, Frank! 🇺🇸

After an incredible aviation career spanning both military service and the airlines, including recently retiring from American Airlines in the Boeing 777, Frank decided it was finally time to add something a little different to his logbook — single-engine flying!

With the vast majority of his experience being in multi-engine aircraft, Frank came to Falcon Flight Academy to earn his Single-Engine Add-On in the RV-12iS.

It’s always a privilege getting to fly with someone who has spent a lifetime in aviation, and we’d especially like to thank Frank for his service to our country and for the many years he spent safely carrying passengers around the world as an airline pilot.

And apparently, stepping down from the 777 to the RV-12iS wasn’t too bad of a transition… Frank enjoyed flying the RV-12 so much that he’s now considering buying one of his own! 😎

Congratulations, Frank, and thank you again for your service. We’re glad we could be a small part of the next chapter of your aviation journey!

🎉 Congratulations to Jack Rose! ✈️

Jack is currently a student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, but when it came time to take on his flight training, he chose to do it with us here at Falcon Flight Academy.

We’re proud to have Jack as part of the Falcon family and to be a part of his journey in aviation. Balancing college and flight training takes a lot of commitment, and it’s been great watching all of that hard work come together.

Apparently Randy has moved on from being the most photographed man at CCMF.

Today he showed up at Falcon Flight Academy, climbed into an RV-12, and decided Myrtle Beach looked better from 2,500 feet.

No one is entirely sure how he got here.

One minute he was holding a tequila.
The next minute he was getting a preflight briefing.

Randy reported that flying was:
“Pretty darn cool.”

Which, for Randy, is basically a five-star review.

If you spotted him at CCMF this week, just know he’s now adding “aviator” to an already impressive résumé.

Congratulations to Brody on passing his CFI checkride with flying colors! ✈️

Brody joined Falcon Flight Academy as a student pilot after transferring from another flight school, and since then he has completed every one of his ratings with us through hard work, dedication, and an incredible passion for aviation. Watching his growth from student pilot to Certified Flight Instructor has been an awesome journey to be a part of.

Now, we’re proud to officially welcome Brody to the Falcon team as one of our newest flight instructors! We know he’s going to make a huge impact on the next generation of pilots, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him continue his aviation career here at Falcon.

Big milestone alert 🚨✈️

Carson just took his first solo flight on his 16th birthday! This is the very first day he became eligible under the FAA to fly solo. Talk about doing it right 👏

From ground school to that moment of pushing the throttle forward alone, this is what dedication, discipline, and passion for aviation looks like. There’s nothing like that first solo… and Carson made it one he’ll never forget.
