Today Judah and Ellie are at a local homeschool co-op. This is a great way for them to meet some new people. Ellie will be in music and recitation. Judah is taking music, as well as a Bible class and Personal Finance.

Ellie and I went on a hike at Manistee National Forest yesterday. It was absolutely stunning!!! She spent some time working on her nature journal. She is such a great artist. I look forward to seeing her grow in her drawing skills this year as she journals God's amazing creation. Manistee National Forest

Congrats to our graduate Gabe! He graduated in May with a local homeschool group. We are so incredibly proud of him. He is still living in the Kansas City area with a friend. Feel free to invite him over for dinner and some time with your family. I know he'd love that. We miss him so much, but, we know he needs to spread his wings and fly. We love you Gabe!

We started this school year at the beginning of August because we knew that we'd be moving to Michigan. Well, it's official. We are in North Muskegon, Michigan. We started doing school work again the week after we arrived. Judah is in 11th grade this year. He is hoping to graduate early in May. We will see how it goes. It's going to be a real challenge just because we have to move again in about a month into our new home. Ellie is in high school now. She's a 9th grader. Crazy! She is doing really well so far. I love her desire to learn new things and press in.

Caleb graduated last year. He has been growing a ton over the past year. He keeps pushing himself. Currently he is working for US Lawns, and Quick Trip. He has also been staying busy with plays such as, "Tarzan" where he played Kerchak, "Peter Pan" where he played Captain Hook, and now he is auditioning for "Footloose" tomorrow. We are very proud of him.

Ellie is finishing her 7th grade year strong. It has been challenging for her. But, she has grown so much.

Gabe is finishing is Junior year. He's getting ready to audition for the musical production "Footloose" with CYT. He's really looking forward to it. His most challenging class this year has been American Literature.
