It was a thrill to be a part of Egon Zehnder’s inaugural Hospitality Forum in Miami at Chef Thomas Keller's The Surf Club Restaurant, convening hospitality leaders for a discussion of how they’ve navigated life’s greatest opportunities when every second counts.
David Noble and Carol Kauffman moderated a lively panel discussion with Chef Thomas Keller of Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the prestigious Michelin Guide, Arnold W. Donald, former CEO of Carnival Cruise Line Jackie Soffer, CEO of Turnberry and Michael Cheng, PhD, CHE, Dean of the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. The event coincided with South Beach Wine & Food Festival®, one of the most fun calendar events of the year! Many thanks to everyone who made this event a success!
