We believe all organisms have a place in a complex order of which we are only a part.
We respect the life that survives in the urban matrix and actively reintroduce endangered species to repopulate the concrete jungle.

The urban habitat farm store and nature center is bursting with life...come and meet Turtle....butterflies, bees and dragonflies enjoy a myriad of wildflowers as rare native birds appreciate the biodiversity of over 200 species of native plants.
Egyptian skinks patrol their territory as Everglades racers slither by.
Squirrels jump between mango trees and we have even had a fox pass by...so come see what all the fuss is about.

Spring is pretty!

Gorgeous afternoon at the nursery....milkweed in abundance and monarchs everywhere.

New arrivals beckon butterflies such as splendid Buckeyes and Zebra long wings dance in flight in celebration of goldenrod dazzling in morning light.

The Urban habitat farm store is not just a nursery...we are a nature center,where interacting with and learning about animals is part of the experience....and that includes butterfly rescues from the pond.
