Workforce Development Coordinators help bridge the gap between education and industry by creating meaningful career-connected learning opportunities for high school students throughout our region. πŸŽ“πŸ€πŸ’

πŸŽ™οΈ What does South Central Service Cooperative doβ€”and how are we helping strengthen communities across southern Minnesota?
Dr. Heather Mueller, Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, recently joined KTOE’s Talk of the Town to introduce listeners to SCSC and talk about how we work alongside schools, cities, counties, nonprofits, businesses and other partners throughout our region.
From workforce and technology challenges to youth wellbeing and increasingly constrained resources, many of the issues facing our communities are interconnected. That means our solutions need to be interconnected, too.
At SCSC, our role starts with listening, meeting organizations where they are, and connecting people, expertise and opportunities that can help them move forward.
As Heather shared:
β€œSouth Central Service Cooperative strengthens the organizations that strengthen our communities.”

And stay tuned! SCSC will be joining Talk of the Town each month to continue sharing the people, partnerships and opportunities making a difference across southern Minnesota.
