Always open to the public, SCC's Culinary Arts program provides food service in the Café on the North Mankato Campus from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with the daily entree available from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

The Culinary arts program had 150 visiting highschool students come down and spend the day with them.

The highschool students got the chance to watch demos led by professional chefs and received a tour of the facilities used by the culinary students. It was a successful day and are hoping to see them back as culinary students some day!
