90 DAY ONLINE CHALLENGE 🔥

Other gyms can use stock photos. We don’t need them. These are OUR athletes — real people who came through Dukes and put in the work.

One transformation can be dismissed as a fluke. Maybe they had better genetics, more time, or an easier life than yours. But when it keeps happening with completely different people, eventually it stops looking like luck and starts looking like a pattern.

At some point, you run out of reasons to keep calling everybody else the exception.

Can you see somebody who started close enough to where you are right now that your excuse gets a little harder to believe?

Good. Because now this isn’t about whether transformation is possible.

You’ve seen the proof. Now decide if you’re ready for the challenge.

🎃 SO… ARE YOU READY? 🎃

🏋️ 3 lifting days minimum
❤️‍🔥 Cardio required
📲 3 Instagram story tags per week
📸 Progress photos every 2 weeks
🍕 5 cheat meals total
📝 Pre-challenge quiz required

👻🎃 QUIT OR BREAK THE RULES… AND THIS IS WHERE IT GETS FUN. 🎃👻

Your starting photo, quit date, and how long you lasted will be posted.

BAHAHAHA 😈🎃

✅ Finish the challenge and you decide whether your transformation gets posted.

How many promises have you made to yourself that nobody else knew about?

That’s a pretty convenient way to make a promise because nobody knows when you move the deadline, when three workouts turns into one, when one cheat meal becomes the whole weekend, or when “I’m starting Monday” quietly becomes next Monday. Eventually you don’t even have to quit. You just keep changing the agreement until there’s nothing left to fail.

That’s what this challenge does. It strips away your excuses. I’m not asking you for 90 perfect days. If I wanted perfection, I wouldn’t give you five cheat meals. Mess up? Fine. Own it, correct it, keep moving.

What you don’t get to do is disappear, rewrite the rules, and pretend that still counts as keeping your word, because once everything becomes negotiable, people are really fu***ng good at negotiating with themselves.

And if you’re looking for a challenge where nobody notices when you disappear, this probably isn’t yours.

🛑 AM I A BULLY? 🛑

Every time I run one of these challenges and somebody fails, ohhh the backlash starts.

“This is bullying.”
“Public humiliation.”
“A coach should support people, not embarrass them.”
“Fear doesn’t create discipline.”

I already did it your way. I already did the softer version. And the outcome was people disappeared, people stopped checking in, people stopped taking it seriously, and progress pictures became optional.

Your way didn’t work, so I changed the rules.

Not because I enjoy posting somebody who failed. I don’t. I want everybody to finish. I want everybody to win. I know what usually happens. I’m expecting some people to fold, and I’d love for every one of you to prove me wrong.

I want that consequence sitting in the back of your head on the days you’re tired, embarrassed, want to disappear, or when the promise you made to yourself suddenly feels negotiable.

The public accountability rule isn’t there because I want to post you. It’s there to make quitting harder before you ever get there.

If all of you finish, I’ll gladly be wrong.

⚠️ READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU ENTER. ⚠️

🚨 IF YOU QUIT OR BREAK THE RULES: 🚨

✅ If you finish, you decide whether your transformation gets posted.

No surprises. You know exactly what you’re agreeing to before you start.

How about we end the year right instead of starting it with hopes and dreams?

Why are you waiting for January 1 like something magical is going to happen?

Future me will be more motivated. Future me will have more time. Future me will be more disciplined. Future me will finally be ready.

And just like that, present me gets another pass.

That’s why waiting can feel productive even when it isn’t. You’ve already made the decision in your head, so you get the relief of feeling like you’re going to change without actually changing anything today.

But January 1 doesn’t change your brain, your schedule, your responsibilities, your habits or your resistance.

The calendar changed. You didn’t.

Future you is just you on a different date. Starting now gives you something waiting never will: proof. You stop hoping future you will be different and start proving present you can be.

And if that means starting through holidays, dinners, stress, busy schedules and real life — good. Because if you can build consistency when life isn’t perfect, you stop needing perfect conditions to change.

So if you already know what needs to change, what exactly are you waiting for January 1 to do for you?

Stop looking for a start date. Pick a finish date. Every day you wait doesn’t make future you more ready. It just gives present you another day off.

So here’s your chance to stop waiting.

Sometimes the hardest part of changing isn’t the work. It’s allowing your identity to catch up to what you’ve already proven.

You can spend years believing certain things about yourself.

I’m not disciplined.
I always quit.
I’m not athletic.
I could never look like that.
I’m too old.
I’m too busy.
That’s just who I am.

Then eventually your actions start contradicting the story.

You keep showing up. You get stronger. You make different choices. You become more consistent. Other people start seeing the difference before you do.

And there’s this strange period where your life is giving you new evidence, but your mind is still introducing you as the old version of yourself.

That’s why sometimes the real work isn’t becoming someone new. It’s finally accepting that you’re not who you used to be anymore.

A transformation picture can show what changed on the outside, but sometimes the bigger transformation is realizing you’re allowed to stop identifying with the person in the first picture.

Most people say they want accountability.

What they usually mean is they want encouragement when they’re doing well and understanding when they’re not. That isn’t accountability.

Accountability is somebody remembering what you said you wanted when you suddenly have a really good reason why you can’t do what you said you were going to do. It’s somebody noticing when your effort changes before you admit it changed.

It’s somebody recognizing three good days without pretending the previous two weeks no longer matter.

And sometimes it’s hearing something you don’t particularly want to hear from somebody who isn’t trying to make you feel bad. They’re just refusing to help you lie to yourself.

That’s probably why real accountability pi**es people off sometimes. Encouragement feels good immediately. Accountability usually feels good later.

Encouragement can help you through a hard day. Accountability keeps reminding you who you said you wanted to become.

09/29/2026

What I’ve learned is that most people don’t fail because they’re incapable of doing hard things. They fail because they keep reopening decisions they already made.

You said you wanted to lose the weight. You said you wanted to get stronger. You said you wanted to change your health, your habits, your confidence, whatever it is. Then tomorrow comes and suddenly the decision is back on the table.

Do I feel like training today? Can I loosen up on the food tonight? Do I really need the cardio? Is missing this one thing actually going to matter?

Individually, none of those questions sound dangerous. But if you make yourself renegotiate them every single day, eventually your emotions are going to win one of the arguments.

That’s why I think one of the biggest changes people make here has nothing to do with their body.

They stop negotiating so much.

Not because they become robots. Not because life stops happening. They just start understanding that every feeling does not deserve a new decision.

You can be tired and still go. You can be annoyed and still follow through. You can have a bad day without turning it into a bad week. You can want something in the moment and still decide it isn’t worth trading what you said you wanted more.

That’s a completely different kind of discipline.

Eventually you stop asking yourself every morning whether you’re still committed to the thing you already decided was important.

And I think that’s when people really start changing.

Not when everything gets easier.

When there’s simply less left to negotiate.

Unorthodox Training

I feel that women get so used to being the caretaker, the dependable one, the person everyone else needs, that eventually those roles start becoming their identity. After enough years of being everything to everybody else, you can forget that who you are matters too. Somewhere along the way, there’s still a woman underneath all of it who deserves to know who she is outside of what she does for everyone else.

Other gyms tell you to give what you can. But that can still make you an afterthought when all you’re giving yourself is whatever time you have left. And that guilt you feel for choosing yourself doesn’t automatically mean you’re doing something wrong. Sometimes it’s just what happens when you’ve spent years believing everyone else being okay was your responsibility.

I can’t accept that. If you asked me to help you reach a goal, I’m going to expect you to make room for it. Is my training unorthodox? Maybe. But you’re missing the point. Your habits are so ingrained that sometimes I have to be scarier than your habits. I’m going to push you to make time for yourself, use your voice and stop letting your own goals be the first thing sacrificed when everybody else needs something. You’re not always the one who has to make the sacrifice. Sometimes other people have to adjust too.

At first it might sound like, “I have to do this because my coach said so.” Over time it becomes, “I’m doing this because this is what I want.” That’s when the discipline stops belonging to the gym and starts becoming yours. You take it home with you.

I’m not just creating athletes. I’m helping women learn that there is room for them too. Some of you came in knowing what you wanted but not what it would take. That’s why I don’t coach everyone the same.

And if all you can see is ego because that fits the version of me you already decided on, I’m probably not going to change your mind, and I’m not going to waste much time trying. I’d rather spend that time watching these women become more of themselves.
