Did you know babies communicate using sounds and gestures? In the first year of life, babies go from babbling to playing with sounds, copying sounds and putting sounds together. Babies start understanding and responding to words in the first year of life.

What a fun way to start our school week! 🎉Thank you Long Beach Police Department (CA)North Division officers 👮🏽‍♀️👮🏻for visiting our campus this morning to greet our students and parents during morning drop off. In addition to providing parents with valuable safety information, the friendly LBPD Lion was on-hand to give a bunch of high-fives ✋🏾✋🏻✋🏼✋ to the students. Thank you for keeping our school and community safe!
