Before last night's kickoff, the Charging Wildcat Football Team honored the life and legacy of Altee Tenpenny. A 2013 NLRHS graduate, Tenpenny was one of the nation's premier high school running backs before playing two seasons for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Though he tragically passed away in 2015, Altee lives on in the North Little Rock community through memories of his exceptional athleticism and magnetic personality.

To permanently honor his impact, the program is introducing a new tradition this season: awarding Tenpenny's number to a player who exemplifies his work ethic, talent, and character. Freshman running back Danny Smith has been selected as the first recipient of this honor.

Congratulations to Danny, and a sincere thank you to Altee's family and former teammates for joining us for this special tribute. Altee will forever remain in our hearts.

Heading to Charging Wildcat Stadium for an upcoming Varsity football game? Please review our updated Stadium & Student ID policies below so entry at the gates goes smoothly for everyone!

NLR HOME SIDE

NLR Students (Grades 9–12 Only): Reserved exclusively for North Little Rock High School students.

ID Required: Students MUST present their school-issued ID at the gate—even if entering with a parent or guardian.

VISITORS SIDE

Visiting Team Students (Grades 9–12): MUST present their school-issued ID to gain entry.

Non-Participating School Students: Students from schools other than the two playing MUST be accompanied by an adult and enter/remain on the visitor side.

Students Without ID: Can only enter when accompanied by an adult and MUST enter and stay on the visitor side for the entire game.

GENERAL STUDENT RULES

Middle & Elementary School (Grades K–8): ALL students 8th grade and below MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the stadium.

🚨MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHER UPDATE 🚨

With an increase in photo requests this year, NLRSD is tightening expectations around playing areas to protect student-athlete safety and privacy.

All photographers (including students) must get prior approval from an Athletic Director to enter sideline areas.
Approved media MUST be on the official pass list.

A camera does NOT equal a free ticket.
🗓️ Requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance.
