From one CHCI intern to another. 💜

Nearly three decades after spending the summer as a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Intern, our Vice President of External Affairs, Miguel Ayala (Summer 1998 internship), had the opportunity to connect with Brother Francisco Adame of Alpha Chapter as he finishes his own CHCI internship this week as part of the Summer 2026 cohort.

Programs like CHCI do more than build résumés—they build leaders. Through hands-on experience on Capitol Hill, professional development, mentorship, and a lifelong network of Latino leaders, participants gain the tools and relationships that shape careers in public service, advocacy, business, and beyond.

Seeing Brothers from different generations connected through this incredible experience is exactly what Brotherhood is about.

BetaCon XL💜🌴!

Celebrating 40 years of Cultural Awarness, Brotherhood, Community Service, and Scholarship. This year, our fraternity had the honor of attending Tampa, Florida where brothers across the entire nation came together to spend a weekend full of business planning, community service, networking, but above all, brotherhood🫂🤎!

From gathering at Feeding Tampa Bay to prepare over 500 shipments of food to be distributed among the Tampa community to recognizing brothers and entities for their achievements, to the endless strolling. This BetaCon will forever be one to remember📝.

From honoring our roots to inspiring the future generations of brothers and communities to come, the most Honorable made this BetaCon a memorable experience🫶!
