I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about “capacity” on a few levels, business and personal primarily. I’ve noticed in most of my deep conversations lately, I end up talking about capacity building.

It seems as though most of us are not ascending to our next level not because of lack of resources but lack of capacity.

The size of your dreams have to match the size of your structure. I managed to get multiple businesses to 7 figures but I fell short because at the time I didn’t have the capacity to sustain it. This is how people who win the lottery end up broke again shortly after!

You have to ask yourself at some point, “ have I built capacity for the life I’m praying for”? If God comes to you today and says “I am ready to give you the desires of your heart” would YOU be ready?

If the answer is no then I encourage you to shift your mindset to stop focusing on what you lack and make room for what God truly has waiting for you!! How you handle your daily lessons will determine if you’re ready to pass the test!

And it’s a wrap. Another successful Back 2 School Bash in the books. We have the best students hands down! Their love and enthusiasm to serve our community is so admirable. The way they cared for each child during their service just warmed my heart.

Thank you to Jess Flo and Terrance Dixon for the Hot dogs, hot links and fresh squeezed lemonade. Thank you to Raw Remedies for donating hair supplies and body oils to the kiddos and thank you to my All Star team especially Charlotte Cooper Williams for making sure today ran smoothly without any hiccups.
