Congrats to our own John Aliano!!

It's official!!! BEING ADOLPH GASSER is now scheduled to show at the Indiewood Film Festival Hollywood on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 12pm noon. Theater 3, Block HHHH. Location is TCL Chinese Theaters, 6925 Hollywood Blvd.

Tickets are available online or at the door. For updates, awards, cast and crew bios, trailer, synopsis, etc. about the feature documentary visit www.beingadolphgasser.com.

The film is also distributed by Indie Rights and can be seen on Amazon Prime Video, TubiTV and YouTube. See you at the movies!

It will cover the origins of my feature documentary, the importance of Adolph Gasser, as well as the Videography & Film Program and one of it's most successful Student Production Emmy Award winning students whose help on the film was essential.

handles more tasks than the department combined and she always is on point - level headed and brings a positive force to some of the most stressful situations that come with the territory.

Just a reminder the 2nd screening is tonight, Friday, June 12th, featuring Summer Wars (2009, Dir: Mamoru Hosoda) with your student presenter, Kameron Gardner.

Location: CSN North Las Vegas Campus, Building A, 1772 Theater

Time: Doors open @ 6:30pm. Movie starts @ 7pm. Runtime is 1 hr, 54 minutes.

Additional info:
-It’s free! There’s no registration or sign up, either. Just show up to the 1772 theater. Feel free to bring your friends and family too.
-It’s not a class. There are no assignments, BUT the student presenter will introduce the film for 5 minutes or so with background production information, why they chose it, and/or their personal connection to the film. Don’t be late!
