Shield Leadership

Shield Leadership We believe that everyone needs leaders who love, empower and inspire them. Our goal is to teach and inspire future leaders.

In everything we do, we believe that people have the capability and desire to accomplish amazing things. We believe that no goal is unachievable. In order to achieve these amazing goals, we believe that everyone needs leaders who love, empower and inspire them. We believe that nobody has ever been managed to great success, they have been led to great success. We develop and inspire people to lead

themselves and others to work past their self-imposed limitations or excuses and towards their highest goals and highest self. We offer leadership training which teaches and develops humble, approachable and credible leaders who protect, inspire and empower people to reach their highest goals.

Leadership is required in all directions.

Humans are inherently emotional creatures. No matter the situation, we can not help being influenced in some way by our emotions.

Leadership requires you to accept this. You must always understand that your team is full of PEOPLE, not robots. This includes you!

To exercise emotional intelligence is to lead.

To not react emotionally to someone else’s emotions is to lead.

These are not easy things to do, and require you to experience emotional reactions of others and of yourself and see them for what they are.

I’ve never said leadership was easy. Not once. But one thing I know to be true is what I’ve said above. Recognize that we are emotional creatures, practice EI, and lead.
