KINDNESS CANNOT CURE INGRATITUDE...
No matter how kind you are, generosity will never cure ingratitude. An ungrateful heart is not lacking kindness—it is lacking character. You can give endlessly, love sincerely, and show up faithfully, yet still be met with dissatisfaction, entitlement, or silence. That is not a reflection of your insufficiency, but of their incapacity to value what is given. Gratitude is not produced by how much someone receives; it is revealed by who they are. Those who do not honor what is poured into them will always find fault, move the goalpost, or demand more—because appreciation requires humility, and humility cannot be forced. Kindness is a virtue, not a bargaining tool. And wisdom knows when to stop pouring into vessels that refuse to acknowledge the source of what they receive.
