Dear Blue Jay Family,
It is with great sorrow that we share our Maintenance Supervisor, Dave Cameron, has passed away.
Mr. Cameron served our district with pride. His loss is felt deeply, but his memory will never be far from our hearts. We need only to look around the facilities he took impeccable care of to realize his impact on our district. We mourn his loss as we express profound gratitude for his contribution to our district.
We share this loss with our entire Blue Jay family and will navigate our grief together.

Our 3rd Grade Career Pop-Up was a huge success! π
Using the Meta Oculus 3 with Mrs. Jackson, students virtually explored a variety of careers and experienced different professions. π₯½β¨
Later, they welcomed parents (and one kitten) who shared their careers with the JM Class of 2035. Students had the opportunity to learn about careers in acting, youth ministry/non-profit, fiscal services, law enforcement, veterinary medicine, and cardiac ultrasound.
"A big thank you to our parent volunteers for taking the time to inspire our students and help them explore future career possibilities. Your willingness to share your experiences helped make this day both educational and memorable!"
~Mrs. Foor
We have a few more features from the end of the school year. Stay tuned.

Our 6th graders just wrapped up an epic "Design a Zoo" project, and they did an AMAZING job putting their math skills to the test!
From calculating enclosure sizes and ratios to finding measures of center and mapping out habitats on a coordinate plane, they applied it all. After mastering the math, they unleashed their creativity by designing websites, posters, and commercials!
We are so proud of their hard work and out-of-the-box thinking!
