It’s hard to believe these photos were taken just a few months ago. Our graduates walked out of St. Jane Frances de Chantal ready for high school, carrying with them years of friendships, memories, faith, and growth.

As we get ready to welcome everyone back to campus for a new school year, we’re thinking about the students who came before them and the incredible moments that mark the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

A successful school year starts with a good night’s sleep! 😴

Instead of waiting until the night before school starts, begin moving bedtime 15 minutes earlier each night. Small adjustments now can help children wake up feeling rested, focused, and ready to learn on the first day of school.

A consistent sleep routine supports:

🚨 Friendly Reminder: Water Bottle Update 🚨

For the safety of all students, metal water bottles are no longer permitted on campus beginning this school year.

While durable, metal bottles have become a significant safety concern. When dropped, thrown, or used inappropriately, they can cause serious injuries to students. Our goal is to provide the safest possible learning environment while minimizing preventable accidents.

Please send your child to school with a plastic or other lightweight, non-metal water bottle instead. All of our water fountains are filtered, chilled water for your child to enjoy throughout the day.

Thank you for your partnership in helping us keep our campus safe. We appreciate your support as we continue to prioritize the well-being of every student.

Today, our St. Jane Frances family mourns the loss of our beloved kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Whited.

For 28 years at SJF and more than 40 years in Catholic education (St Dominic School Los Angeles) she touched countless lives with her kindness, faith, and dedication to children.
Please keep Mrs. Whited and her family in your prayers.
