Choir for Community is open for sign-ups!

I'm so glad to have met these fellas through the Core Curriculum this year!

We had our opening night last night of our 15-minute musicals and tonight's the closing. A quick run 🤣, but a wonderful experience! I learned so much from this cohort, and I look forward to future collaborations!

I can't express how happy and proud I was to be able to conduct the Voice III Choir at The LAUSD VAPA Conservatory a couple of weeks ago!

I loved working with my class last year, but this year was extra special because I got to share my filipino heritage with the students. This also created a space for them to share their individual and unique backgrounds with each other (and me!).

Just a reminder: music is magic, and representation matters.

This is an incredibly sweet gift from my amazing voice student. It crossed state lines to get to me! I can't believe it!

I feel so lucky every day, that I get share my absolute obsession with the most amazing and kind students in the world. And on top of that, I get presents?! I seriously love my job.
