Meet our cohort! Finally adding the faces to the Instagram handle…

Our cohort has been now working for two semesters to create the North Hills East resiliency plan for residents and community members. We will be sharing the resiliency plan upon its completion to the Council Districts representing North Hills East, as well as the Neighborhood Council.

As of data collected in 2019, the North Hills East area has 45.7% single family residential in the community area, 29.2% as multi-family residential and 9.6% as commercial.

The commercial area is targeted along Sepulveda blvd. Which is also closest to the transit oriented corridor zones as shown in the red circles above.
