Alert! Making a difference and inspiring change! Congratulations and to the Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center’s Twin Rivers interns for earning the California State Seal of Civic Engagement. From advocating for the Bridge and Boost Act (AB 2430) to presenting ideas that encourage greater youth participation in civic life, these students are proving that young voices can have a powerful impact.
